Winton Community Park Improvement

Project Description
CCME served as the prime consultant for the Winton Community Park Project, a 21.5-acre revitalization focused on enhancing recreation and community engagement. Key upgrades include a 5,650-foot walking path, a restored soccer field with new lighting, and a renovated baseball field with improved lighting and dugouts. The park also features upgraded basketball court lighting, a new playground, two picnic shelters, 60 graffiti-resistant tables, and 20 new trees with water-efficient irrigation. Additionally, 12 iron benches crafted by Atwater High School students add a unique artistic touch. This project was funded by the California Department of Transportation’s “Clean California Local Grant Program.

Services Provided
Services included but were not limited to: spec writing, documentation of preconstruction conditions, weekly progress meetings and coordination, submittal management and review, RFI management, construction inspection, progress payment estimates, QA material testing oversight, and project close out including final acceptance.
