Project Description
CCME has served as the prime consultant for construction management and inspection services for this roadway reconstruction project. The project has involved implementing traffic control measures, detours, and road closures to facilitate the construction of a new roadway section, including curbs, gutters, sidewalks, and alleyways. Key components of the project included cold planning, installation of signage and striping, enhancement of drainage facilities, ADA-compliant curb ramps, and complete roadway reconstruction using Full Depth Reclamation with cement and a Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) riding surface. Throughout the project, careful attention was given to safeguarding high-risk utilities in place.

Services Provided
Services included but were not limited to: documentation of preconstruction conditions, weekly progress meetings and coordination, submittal management and review, RFI management, construction inspection, progress payment estimates, QA material testing oversight, change order negotiation and writing, and project close out including final acceptance.
