Project Description
CCME served as the construction management team for the reconstruction of Fruitland Avenue, spanning a total of approximately 2 miles. This project includes full-depth roadway reconstruction, the addition of water and sewer services for residents along the corridor, and substantial upgrades to pedestrian and traffic infrastructure. Improvements include new curb and gutter, sidewalk enhancements, ADA-compliant curb ramps, driveways, and upgraded stormwater drainage systems. To enhance safety and traffic flow, the project incorporates the construction of three new roundabouts, concrete medians, and mid-block chokers as traffic-calming measures. Additional features include updated signage, striping, and crosswalks to support and improve overall neighborhood accessibility.
Services Provided
Services include but are not limited to: documentation of preconstruction conditions, weekly progress meetings and coordination, submittal management and review, RFI management, construction inspection, progress payment estimates, QA material testing oversight, change order negotiation and writing, and project close out including final acceptance.
