Project Description
CCME is managing this project from the construction phase to project closeout. The project involves shoulder widening and paving for six segments of roadway in Madera County. Key tasks include erosion control, roadway excavation, grading, compaction, and the placement of aggregate base and hot mix asphalt. Additionally, the project requires conforming driveways to the new shoulder design and installing shoulder rumble strips and edge line striping. Upon completion, the project will enhance 43 shoulder miles of Madera County roadways. Beyond project management, CCME is also handling project administration, change order control, quality assurance, field inspections, and labor compliance reviews.

Services Provided
Services include, but are not limited to: documentation of preconstruction conditions, weekly progress meetings and coordination, submittal management and review, RFI management, construction inspection, progress payment estimates, QA material testing oversight, change order negotiation and writing, and project close out including final acceptance.
