We were honored to be in attendance at the groundbreaking ceremony for the City of Tulare’s new Emergency Homeless Shelter on East O’Neal Avenue. CCME is proud to serve alongside the City of Tulare as the construction management team for this project, helping to create a safe space to support and improve the lives of Tulare’s unhoused residents!
