With over 37 years of combined experience, CCME’s founders, Bryan Kroeger and Ramon Montes De Oca, have a proven track record of delivering various bridge, road, and rail projects with construction budgets ranging from $2 million to $90 million. Their expertise has earned them multiple awards, showcasing their commitment to excellence in project delivery. CCME’s team of engineers has diverse experience managing a wide range of projects that include, but are not limited to, new roadway arterials, interchanges, freeways, local roads, railroad grade separations, and bridges across every imaginable obstacle including over railways, highways, creeks, canals, and roads.
Bryan has over 18 years of experience delivering public projects. As a Project Manager, Construction Manager, and Resident Engineer, Bryan has worked on all aspects of project delivery, including assisting with preconstruction permitting issues and utility agreements. He has experience working on both the state highway system and local roads, and is familiar with both state and federal standards.
Ramon has over 19 years of experience. In addition to his PE license, he is a Qualified SWPPP Developer and Practitioner. Throughout his career, Ramon has served as a Project Manager, Structures Representative, and Resident Engineer on a variety of projects, from the mountains to the shores of California. He is well-versed in various types of structures, as well as tunnel and transit platform construction.
